On Friday 1 November 2019, Ms. Nawarat Samphansri, Managing Director of VR Global Property Company Limited, as a Committee of Real Estate and Partnerships Trade Association (REP)

Together with Mr. Apichat Prasitnarit, President of Real Estate and Partnerships Trade Association (REP) were invited to attend a meeting to discuss and propose the problems and solutions to the country’s economic issues to the Prime Minister (General Prayut Chan-O-Cha) through Mr. Suporn Atthawong, Assistant Minister to the Prime Minister at Office of the Prime, Government House.

VR Global Property and REP presented the following comments:
1. The legal measures to manage real estate professionals such as real estate brokerage, real estate entrepreneurs to improve this profession into international standards.
2. The policy to support access to capital of Non-stock companies causing the disadvantage of the business and growth, including the capital structure higher than listed company.
3. The establishment of the real estate data center to the public by providing online and offline services. (The service office is located at the district office, Municipal Office,or the land office
throughout the country.)
4. Real Estate and Partnerships Trade Association (REP) requests to participate the real estate board established by government to be the representatives of the medium and small entrepreneurs.

เมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ 1 พฤศจิกายน 2562 คุณนวรัตน์ สัมพันธ์ศรี กรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษัท วี อาร์ โกลบอล พร็อพเพอร์ตี้ จำกัด ในฐานะกรรมการบริหาร ร่วมกับ คุณอภิชาติ ประสิทธิ์นฤทธ์ นายกสมาคมการค้อสังหาริมทรัพย์และพันธมิตร รับเชิญเข้าร่วมประชุมหารือเพื่อนำเสนอปัญหาและแนวทางแก้ปัญหาเศรษฐกิจของประเทศ แก่ ฯพณฯ นายกรัฐมนตรี (พลเอกประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา) กับท่านสุภรณ์ อัตถาวงศ์ ผู้ช่วยรัฐมนตรีประจำนายกรัฐมนตรี ณ สำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี ทำเนียบรัฐบาล

โดย VR Global Property และ REP นำเสนอข้อคิดเห็นดังนี้
1. มาตรการทางกฎหมายในการควบคุมการประกอบอาชีพด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์ทั้งหมด เช่น นายหน้าอสังหาริมทรัพย์, ผู้ประกอบการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ เพื่อยกระดับอาชีพนี้เข้าสู่มาตรฐานสากล
2. นโยบายสนับสนุนทางด้านการเข้าถึงแหล่งทุนของบริษัทนอกตลาดหลักทรัพย์ ทำให้เกิดความเสียเปรียบของธุรกิจและการเติบโต รวมถึงโครงสร้างเงินลงทุนสูงกว่าบริษัทในตลาดหลักทรัพย์
3. การจัดตั้งศูนย์ข้อมูลอสังหาริมทรัพย์เพื่อประชาชนโดยให้บริการทั้งผ่านระบบออนไลน์และออฟไลน์ (สำนักบริการตั้งอยู่ที่สำนักงานเขต, เทศบาล, หรือ สำนักงานที่ดินทั่วประทศ)
4. สมาคมการค้าอสังหาริมทรัพย์และพันธมิตร (REP) ขออาสาเข้าร่วมเป็นคณะกรรมการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ ที่จัดตั้งโดยรัฐบาล เพื่อเป็นตัวแทนของผู้ประกอบการรายกลางและรายย่อม
