เข้าปรึกษาหารือกับ ผศ.ดร.บังอร เบ็ญจาธิกุล อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพธนบุรี เพื่อร่วมมือกันพัฒนาโครงการการขายและการตลาดอสังหาริมทรัพย์สำหรับผู้สูงอายุ ทั้งนี้ ในส่วนของธุรกิจพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์เป็นอีกภาคธุรกิจที่มีความจำเป็นต้องลุกขึ้นมาตั้งรับกับแนวโน้มที่เปลี่ยนไป

อันเนื่องมาจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงโครงสร้างประชากรไทย ที่ประเทศไทยได้ก้าวเข้าสู่สังคมผู้สูงอายุ การเปลี่ยนแปลงโครงสร้างประชากรไทยดังกล่าว ได้กลายมาเป็นโอกาสทางธุรกิจที่บรรดาผู้ประกอบการไทยจะต้องมีการวางแผนและปรับตัว ซึ่งการก้าวเข้าสู่สังคมผู้สูงวัยเป็นทั้งโอกาสและความท้าทายของภาคธุรกิจที่ต้องปรับเปลี่ยนรูปแบบของสินค้าและบริการที่เข้าถึงความต้องการของกลุ่มผู้สูงวัย
