เพื่อเชื่อมโยงกับประชาคมโลก
และรับมือกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงให้ทันการณ์ในทุกมิติอย่างเป็นระบบ สอดคล้องกับยุทธศาสตร์ชาติ 20 ปี ณ ห้องประชุมกรรมาธิการ อาคารสุขประพฤติ เมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ 20 ธันวาคม 2562
